How It Works

We begin with a brief connection call to sense whether this space feels supportive for you. From there, we’ll decide together which practice (dance movement therapy, somatic yoga & embodied movement, or a circle/workshop) fits your needs and capacity right now.

Sessions move at the pace of your body and are always guided by consent. You’re welcome to check in, pause, or change your mind as we go; everything is done with you and your present needs in mind.

Pricing & Sliding Scale

Pricing here is grounded in the understanding that money sits inside systems of privilege and harm: not everyone has had the same access to income, safety, or generational wealth. Offering a sliding scale is one way we try to account for that reality.

You’ll find a range of rates for each offering, with guidance to help you choose a tier that reflects your situation. No proof is required; you know your context best. When people can pay at the higher end, it helps support those who need lower‑cost options.

You will not be turned away solely for lack of funds. If the listed range still feels out of reach, we can talk together about what’s possible.

Accessibility & Care

Accessibility here is not an afterthought. We strive to shape spaces that honor diverse bodies, capacities, and lived experiences, and we welcome your input on what you need to feel as safe and supported as possible.

Where possible, we consider:

  • Flexible scheduling across time zones

  • Online options and camera‑optional participation, when appropriate

  • Movement options (seated, low‑impact, different ways to engage)

  • Plain‑language explanations and space to ask questions

  • Support around sensory needs, pronouns, and gender‑affirming language

If there’s something specific that would help you access this work around disability, language, technology, caregiving, or anything else, you are invited to name it. We will collaborate on what’s possible together.
