Together we slow down, practice simple somatic exercises, and rest in community. There is minimal talking, lots of choice, and no pressure to perform. This is a soft, low‑cost space to feel less alone and to get to know your body as a source of wisdom and possibility. Drop‑in, no dance experience needed.
