There is no wrong place to begin.

You can start with the practice that feels most accessible, most nourishing, or simply most possible today, and we can adjust together as your needs and capacity shift over time.

  • "It was my first Dance Movement Therapy session. Your guidance was soothing and the energy in the room was light."

  • "I've learned to nurture and take care of my body and give myself space to rest and recover from life’s everyday stresses."

    —Yoga Participant

  • "I felt that there was trust in the space and the activities inspired me creatively. I mostly loved having the space to play and sweat and also to hold space for those who needed it. I love the long silent moments in the beginning. "

  • "Your classes have taught me I can be patient and calm if I set my mind to it. And as a perfectionist, it's good for me to be reminded that not being perfect is fine too."

You don’t need the perfect words to reach out. Share as much or as little as feels right.

This form is a first step toward sensing whether this space and my way of working feel supportive for your body and your life.

Let’s connect.

I will read what you share with care and respond as soon as I’m able to. If I am not the right fit or my capacity is limited, I will do my best to offer referrals or alternative resources to support you.
